Di Cotte e Di Crude is an artisanal butcher shop that produces hamburgers, Apulian bombette, and Apulian zampina sausage with selected meats and artisanal care derived from years of experience in the sector.
The company is involved in the production of cured meats and sausages of various types, paying particular attention to those typical of the Apulian territory, such as Capocollo.
All specialties, bombette and zampina, are expertly processed and produced exclusively from pigs raised and slaughtered in Italy. The best cuts are selected directly at the slaughterhouse by our staff, transported to the laboratory in Taranto, and processed to obtain products of very high quality standards.
Each sausage is produced in different sizes and weights to meet the needs of customers. The recipes are the result of years of refinement and provide a perfect blend of meat, salt, and spices according to the flavors of Italian tradition.
